Sound Bath with Peta Morris

Sound bathing is a practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote wellbeing and relaxation.

Join Peta Morris for a meditative and immersive experience where participants will be ‘bathed’ in resonant sounds including voice and singing bowls, inspired by Hiromi Tango’s installation.

This special experience is for those seeking deep relaxation, which research has found can have a positive effect on both mental and physical health.'

Please bring your own yoga mat. A small number will be available for use.
