Southern Paddock & Sandstone Verandah

Located at the rear of the property, this vast expansive paddock features a mix of willow trees, a waterfall, and native flora and fauna.

The southern paddock is an idyllic setting for rustic meadow-style wedding ceremonies, special eventsand film and photography.

The wide, covered sandstone verandah of Vaucluse House is available as a wet weather option for all bookings. Please note that specialist matting will be placed on the verandah to protect the sandstone flooring.

Please note the southern paddock is unsuitable for events during periods of continuous rain due to the terrain and marsh-like nature of the grounds. All bookings will be relocated to the lone pine lawn area as an alternative.

Food and beverage services at Vaucluse House are provided by Pearl Catering. Pearl’s team of restaurant and catering professionals bring a true commitment to event management, creativity and innovation.

Please note onsite heritage conservation prohibits red wine and certain food items, and all menus require curatorial approval. In consideration of our neighbours and the residential amenity, amplification is restricted during the service of alcohol.
