Members: The People’s House: Sydney Opera House at 50 with the Designers

Kieran Larkin, a Senior Exhibition Designer at MHNSW, holds a degree in Industrial Design from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, Ireland. With over 25 years of international and Australian industry experience, he has been a key player in various capacities. Kieran served as the Acting Head of The Special Projects and Exhibitions Unit at Sydney Living Museums and has been a long-term Senior Exhibition Designer at MHNSW.

In his current role, Kieran oversees the design, tendering, and production management of significant projects. Notably, he has led initiatives like the People's House exhibition and nawi installation at the Museum of Sydney. Demonstrating a profound understanding of exhibition design, Kieran brings valuable expertise in crafting compelling narratives and managing intricate design processes.

Dean Scott is a senior 3D designer with MHNSW. He has been working in the field of exhibition design since 2013, holding a bachelor's degree in Design and a masters in Architectural Science.

Before joining MHNSW, Dean created exhibitions for the new Western Australia museum and the Art Gallery of NSW. Since joining MHNSW, he has contributed to projects such as The Weaving Room at the Museum of Sydney and the Aboriginal Trackers exhibition at the Justice & Police Museum. Currently, Dean is focusing on the future Coomaditchie exhibition at the Museum of Sydney.

Dean's passion lies in creating immersive experiences for all audiences. He believes that exhibitions should cater to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
